"I want to personally thank you for making our daughter’s wedding day a day to remember.  Your attention to detail was superb and with the many
directives that I had discussed with you over the past 10 months was met by you and your staff with the utmost professionalism. The Hilton Oceanfront from the minute we drove up to valet park, to the minute we drove off exceed our expectations. The entire working staff; bellman, check in desk attendants, banquet managers for the wedding reception, waiters, wedding bartenders, maids, security, and the many more I have forgotten to add were polite, responsible, attentive and beyond helpful.  This hotel has the reputation of “quality” for a reason, everyone working in unison makes this possible. The “success of this wedding” is truly owed to you personally.  You told Dave and I not to worry, that the planning was done and on the wedding day,
all we had to do was to “enjoy” our daughter’s wedding day, and we did. All of the vendors that we used for this wedding asked who we were working with at the Hilton Oceanfront and when we told them “Bo”, they all said you were terrific;  please know that vendors played a big part for us booking at the Hilton, they are your biggest supporters. Thank you also for the complimentary champagne and cheese tray, you are a class act. "We had a quick but oh, so easy stay at the Hilton this past Saturday night. After sitting on football bleachers for 8 hours, it was so NICE to pull up to valet parking, be unloaded, breeze through check-in, munch on the cheese and wine (which were all gone in 5 minutes!) before heading up to relax in the [Empyrean] Lounge. We ordered room service at 9:20pm because we had arrived so late and it was there in NO TIME!
 We were all fast asleep in the comfy beds by 11:30 and up again the next morning at 6:30a to get up to the breakfast in the Lounge.  With its extensive offerings, it was all we needed before heading to the football field for another 5 hours!  The bellman was knocking on our door with a cart before we even hung up the phone calling for him...we were loaded and ready to go almost instantly! I can't wait to bring VFPA to the Hilton, Virginia Beach in 2017.....the highest compliment of all?--- My 16 year old told his twin (who did NOT come with us) that the best part of the trip was the Hilton stay!!!  High praise !!! - Susan Jennings (April 2016)
 

"I felt that the staff at the hotel were exceedingly helpful and our overall experience could not have been better. We had gotten married earlier in the day and the occasional hiccup that comes with executing a wedding had occurred. Although I love her dearly, my wife was upset by these issues and I felt that some of your staff received the brunt of her frustrations. When she complained about the lack of hot tub or bath in our suite, the front desk immediately offered to upgrade us to the Empyrean Club level.

Not only was the room an improvement, but we had the opportunity to visit the club lounge, where we had the chance to meet Aysen. We spent upwards of an hour enjoying conversation with her and felt honored to have met her. She and another employee went out after their shift had ended and bought us a bottle of champagne and some popcorn, which my wife had mentioned we would have liked while watching a movie. I was awestruck at the touching gesture and feel like meeting her was one of the true highlights of our wedding day."

"The Hilton is a great hotel. We stay there once a month for business. It's very rare that we have any issues with any portion of the hotel. From the valets, to front desk, and the bellmen, we have always received superior service.

But the real difference maker is the best employee in the hotel, Bones! Great attitude, always friendly, and very efficient. The hotel couldn't ask for a better ambassador for it's guests. On our last visit, she joked with two members of our group, naming them Slack and Slacker because they were late for breakfast."

I spent three week in early december and this hotel was just great.
I had a very nice and clean room overlooking the ocean, so that every morning when you wake up you have the nicest sunrise above the ocean.

Personnel was great and very helpful, the restaurant "catch 31" has awesome seafood and the bartenders were always helpful and smiling.
